Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ok bazi platform, available at ok-bazi.com, including all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support services, and payment facilities. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ok bazi ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ok bazi platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ok bazi platform in any capacity.

ok bazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ok bazi is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age or older. ok bazi operates an absolute 18+ policy. There are no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, and are not subject to a self-exclusion order on this or any other gambling platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ok bazi for violations of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling or sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your location.

ok bazi takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documents (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage of your account's life cycle. During any pending verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold and certain account features may be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of ok bazi services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and available to all eligible players.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ok bazi account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, ok bazi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bonuses, bets, or withdrawals linked to those accounts.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ok bazi is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including missed communications or failed payment processing.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted from your account will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact ok bazi support immediately via live chat so that we can take appropriate protective action.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ok bazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ok bazi may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. ok bazi reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

ok bazi supports the widest range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods available on any online betting platform serving the local market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

• Debit / Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• ok bazi does not charge any transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ok bazi account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source where technically possible.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering policies.
• Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• ok bazi reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, regardless of whether previous verifications have been completed.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or public holidays in Bangladesh may experience additional processing time. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all processing windows.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Terms

ok bazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific conditions published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for ok bazi's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 (100% match on first deposit). To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement on ok bazi bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds.

• Wagers placed on sports betting markets count 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Wagers placed on slots count 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Wagers placed on live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) count 10% toward wagering requirements.
• Wagers placed on crash games (including Aviator) count 50% toward wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period.

Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active

While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount (whichever is lower). Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Bonus Abuse

ok bazi operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times via different accounts; low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profits from bonus funds; and coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• ok bazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect players who have already opted into an active promotion.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid for seven (7) days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern the placement, settlement, and voiding of bets and wagers across all ok bazi products, including the sportsbook and casino.

Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when ok bazi's system returns a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient funds are not valid and will not be settled. It is the player's responsibility to verify that bets have been successfully placed before assuming they are active.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. ok bazi reserves the right to adjust stake limits on specific markets at any time, including retroactively restricting a player's maximum stake if patterns of play indicate exploitation of pricing errors or unusual betting activity.

Obvious Errors

In the event that a game outcome, odds price, or bonus amount is displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed error, ok bazi reserves the right to void any bets or transactions affected by the error and restore account balances to the state prior to the erroneous event. ok bazi will not honour obviously incorrect prices even after a bet has been placed and confirmed, where the error was clearly a mistake rather than a valid market price.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player in the following circumstances:

• The relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned before the relevant market condition is determined.
• A force majeure event — including natural disasters, acts of war, or significant infrastructure failures — prevents the event from taking place or being completed.
• A data feed outage prevents ok bazi from accurately pricing or settling a market.
• The bet was placed in error due to a system fault on ok bazi's platform (as described under Obvious Errors above).

Casino Game Fairness

All casino games available on ok bazi, including slots, table games, and crash games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, whose game integrity is independently audited. ok bazi does not manipulate RNG outcomes or live game results in any way.

Maximum Payout

The maximum payout on any single bet or spin is capped at ৳5,000,000 unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific jackpot product. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the maximum payout amount. This limit applies across all product verticals including sports betting, slots, live casino, and crash games.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ok bazi platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using forged or altered identity documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on ok bazi, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Money Laundering: Using ok bazi's deposit and withdrawal facilities as a mechanism for laundering funds of illegal origin. ok bazi is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Bonus Abuse: Any deliberate strategy to exploit bonus conditions, including coordinated play between accounts, reverse-wagering strategies, or systematic low-risk hedging designed to guarantee bonus conversion without genuine play intent.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with casino games, or perform account actions without genuine human input.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live poker, live casino, or other competitive games in a way that gives an unfair advantage to one or more participants at the expense of others.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of known software bugs, odds-feed errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets with an artificially guaranteed positive expected value.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communications at ok bazi staff, live dealers, or other players through any channel including live chat.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on ok bazi while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the ok bazi platform for any commercial purpose — including operating a third-party betting service using ok bazi accounts — without prior written authorisation from ok bazi.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ok bazi account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, ok bazi will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.

If you are closing your account due to problem gambling concerns, please inform our support team. We can activate self-exclusion immediately and provide you with guidance on responsible gaming resources. We take these requests with the utmost seriousness and will act without delay.

Suspension or Closure by ok bazi

ok bazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• At ok bazi's sole business discretion, with or without cause

Where an account is closed by ok bazi due to a Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed by ok bazi for non-violation reasons (such as inactivity or business decision), your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ok bazi will notify you by email before any inactivity policy takes effect. After twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, ok bazi reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳200 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

ok bazi supports responsible gaming. Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be permitted to re-register. Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ok bazi with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ok bazi's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
